AYSC will have a float in tonight’s (Saturday December 14) Aldergrove Christmas Light Up Parade, and we’re looking for players to ride along! The float will be driven by Coach Gus McDonald and all players and siblings are welcome to ride along in the float. This is always a fun night and the kids have a great time waving and singing to the crowd.
As it may be cold participants should dress accordingly – toques, gloves, warm coats and if possible their AYSC jerseys over top of their coats. The float will have a cover so kids should stay dry (unlike the spectators!).
Anyone wanting to join in should meet coach Gus between 5:30 pm and 5:45 pm, at float #22 just off Fraser Highway, east of the RCMP station (between the RCMP station and Azul’s Restaurant). Participants can be picked up after the parade back at the starting point.
