AYSC’s Photo Day will take place on Sunday October 27, 2019 at the Langley Arts Council, 26770 29th Avenue. Photos will occur in the basement of the building; access through the front doors. Note that this location is different from years past.
Each team has been assigned a photo time – view photo times for individual teams (PDF).
Please join your Team Leader / Coach outside of the building and once your team is complete and your allotted time is upon us please approach the check-in table inside.
We ask that parents have their players photo-ready before entering the building as we will be sending them downstairs with their Team Leaders / Coaches.
The main hall does have an Art Gallery, please feel free to look through there while you wait for your child to have their pictures taken.
EACH PLAYER MUST BRING A PHOTO ORDER FORM WITH THEM TO PHOTO DAY. Team Leaders will distribute forms on Wednesday October 23 (U12-U15 teams will distribute forms at practice this week). This form needs to be printed, filled out and returned with the player to the photo session. Extra forms will be available on Photo Day at the check-in table.
EVERY player must fill out this form, even if they just want the “Memory Mate” (5×7 individual and 7×5 team), which is included in registration fees. EACH PLAYER MUST HAVE THIS FORM FILLED OUT TO HAND IN ON PHOTO DAY.
- Players should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your team’s scheduled photo time
- Please wear regular runners (NO CLEATS PLEASE)
- Each player needs to hand in a form to the photographer
- If you only want the “Memory Mate” simply write the player’s name on the form (do not include payment as this is included with AYSC registration fees)
- If you are ordering additional products, fill out the required information and enclose payment prior to photo time
- Individual photos will be taken first, then team photo
- There will be a photo display of all items available at the location or you can visit the photographer website ahead of time at www.darbyphotos.com
- Orders will be ready within 7-10 days
