AYSC aims to provide our players with the best coaching possible. Recognizing that most of our coaches are volunteers, we’d like to ask your feedback on your experience this year. The feedback we receive will help us to identify strengths and opportunities for growth of our coaches, as well as AYSC programs as a whole. The form should take less than 5 minutes to complete and can be submitted anonymously. The Coach Evaluation Form is COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL and will only be seen by the Aldergrove Youth Soccer Club’s Evaluation Committee. Your feedback may be shared anonymously / in the aggregate with the coach so that they may develop their coaching skills.
