AYSC will be holding a Special General Meeting on May 15, 2012 to consider a proposed amendment to the Club’s Constitution and By-Laws:
- to delete the following line from By-Law 13 – Amendments to the By-Laws: “Members wishing to propose an amendment must do so by submitting their proposal in writing to the Secretary no later than March 1st in each year.”
The Special General Meeting will take place before the regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the AYSC Executive on May 15, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the Aldergrove Kinsmen Centre.
