Fall 2026/2027 Season Startup – Thank You!
The AYSC Executive would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to all of our parents / guardians and volunteer Coaches and Executive for stepping forward as we worked to get the Fall 2026/2027 season underway. Coordinating nearly 500 players into 40 teams takes a massive amount of effort – without volunteers and people pitching in, our Club could not exist!
Team Assignments
Initial player team assignments have now been set for our U5-U10 In-House Development program.

Your team assignment will show your team name and your volunteer coach(es). If “TBD” is listed, that means that we still need a coach / co-coach for that team. A Club Coach will assist a “voluntold” coach for each session until we have a volunteer step forward.
Teamsnap (our team communication app) CANNOT BE SET UP until we have enough volunteer coaches.
This Week’s Activities
All AYSC programs take place at Aldergrove Athletic Park (AAP), behind Betty Gilbert Middle School – view Google map.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU COME TO THE FIELD FOR THE CORRECT TIME FOR YOUR AGE GROUP. Bring water, shin guards, and either cleats or runners.
- on arrival, volunteer coaches will touch base with our Age Group Coordinators / Head Coach Cam Ward / Club Coaches to go over goals for the session
- players and their volunteer coach(es) will be provided with an area of the field for their session
- Club Coaches will circulate to assist volunteer coaches in running the drills and keeping players on task
Wednesday – National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
Wednesday September 30, 2026 marks Canada’s National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. All regularly scheduled AYSC activities will take place on Wednesday.
AYSC will be recognizing the day with special on-field activities.
Uniforms (AKA Kit)
If you did not receive your kit, please come to our equipment seacan BEFORE YOUR SESSION this week.
Our U11-U16 Recreational program will receive their kit at Tuesday’s session.
If you received your kit but have discovered a sizing issue, please bring the kit you received (only the items that do not fit) to our equipment seacan BEFORE YOUR SESSION this week for exchange. We may or may not be able to make an exchange based on inventory, otherwise you may need to wait until next week to receive your resized kit.

Registration is now FULLY CLOSED and we are no longer accepting registrations for any AYSC programs.
Any players who registered LATE for AYSC programs are no longer waitlisted and have a confirmed spot this season.
