Cheer on Your Club’s Teams!
A big thank you to all Developmental players and spectators who stayed after their games Saturday to support AYSC’s Competitive teams. We encourage all players / teams to come watch other teams play – come a little early or stay a little late to cheer on other teams, even if just for a few minutes. We’d love to see you at the pitch helping to build our soccer community.
Also, a big thank you to AYSC Equipment Manager Costas Blachuras for handing out Timbits to observers and supporters!
Club Coach #AYSChallenge
AYSC is initiating a Club Coach challenge to all teams within our Club. Every month, an AYSC Coach will issue a technical challenge (for example, a step-over to beat a defender) on our social media accounts using the hashtag #AYSChallenge. Parents and family are encouraged to record their player executing the challenge in a match, and post it to social media with that same hashtag. You can also email videos to AYSC Equipment Manager Costas Blachuras at equipment@aldergrovesoccer.com. At the end of the challenge period a prize will be awarded for the best technically performed skill.
