AYSC will be offering goalkeeper-specific optional training starting next Monday, October 5. The sessions will be led by Nunio Jesus, the keeper of Aldergrove United Soccer’s Men’s Premier team.
The training will run in parallel to AYSC’s Developmental Clinics on Monday nights, on the small artificial turf at Aldergrove Athletic Park, rain or shine (unless the Township closes the fields).
Goalkeeper training will run until Monday, October 26. There will be no clinic on the Thanksgiving Monday.
- U11-U13: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- U14-U18: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time. Wear your shin pads, runners or cleats and bring a water bottle. Shin pads are mandatory for all practices and games.
There is no additional charge for the goalkeeper training for all registered AYSC players. AYSC coaches interested in learning goalkeeper training concepts are encouraged to attend.
