The heavy rain this afternoon (Friday) has again soaked the fields at Creekside. AYSC President Bill Ede assessed the fields late this afternoon, and with the rain forecast overnight Creekside is expected to be unplayable. As a result all Developmental games are again cancelled for Saturday January 29.
Bill was able to line the fields at Creekside Park on Wednesday (thanks Bill) and the nets are being moved from Brown Park to a lock box at Creekside. All remaining games for 2011 will be played at Creekside Park, adjacent to Shortreed Elementary at 27400 28 Ave., Aldergrove. THE SCHEDULES FOR ALL AGE GROUPS REMAINS THE SAME. A field map is available on the AYSC website indicating field numbering that corresponds to numbering in the schedule.
