AYSC’s Photo Day will take place on Sunday October 5, 2014 at the Rotary Field House at Aldergrove Athletic Park, 268th St. and 27th Ave.
Each team has been assigned a photo time – view photo times for individual teams (PDF).
- Please have players arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your team’s scheduled photo time
- Please wear regular runners (NO CLEATS PLEASE) – if it is raining and we are in the Field House, cleats are not allowed
- Each player needs to hand in an envelope to the photographer
- If you only want the “Memory Mate” (5×7 individual and 7×5 team) simply write your name on the form (do not include payment as this is included with your AYSC registration fees)
- If you are ordering additional products, fill out the required information and enclose payment prior to photo time
- Individual photos will be taken first, then team photo
- There will be a photo display of all items available at the location or you can visit their website ahead of time at www.darbyphotos.com
- Orders will be ready within 7-10 days
