AYSC will hold a Special General Meeting on Tuesday October 16, 2012 to consider proposed amendments to the Club’s Constitution and By-Laws:
- to delete the following line from BY-LAW 5 – Borrowing: “No borrowing will be undertaken by the Aldergrove Soccer Society.”
- to add the following line to BY-LAW 5 – Borrowing: “The Executive, in conducting the business of the Society, may from time to time borrow up to $10,000 upon the credit of the Society without seeking prior approval of the membership. Any further amount must be approved at a General Meeting of the membership.”
- to add the following line to BY-LAW 5 – Borrowing: “No debenture will be issued without the authorization of a special resolution at a general meeting.”
The Special General Meeting will take place before the regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the AYSC Executive on Tuesday October 16, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the Aldergrove Kinsmen Centre.
