Ride with AYSC’s Float in the Aldergrove Christmas Light Up Parade!

Aldergrove Soccer will once again be participating in the annual Aldergrove Christmas Light Up Parade on Saturday December 21, 2024 and we need players to join us and walk in the parade!

AYSC participants will meet at the parade CHECK-IN POINT on Old Yale Road north of Fraser Hwy. off of 268th St. (across Fraser Hwy. from the Aldergrove Community Policing Office) at 5:30 pm. The parade will start at 6:00 pm at 270th St. (Aldergrove Community Police Office) and run along Fraser Hwy.

The end of the parade route turns right on to 273 St. and then turns down the alley that leads back to the Aldergrove Plaza (corner of 272nd St. and Fraser Hwy.). Parents / guardians should pick up players from the parking lot around the Plaza.

There will also be a FREE Pre-Parade Community Gathering at the Aldergrove Plaza, 272 St. and Fraser Hwy. at 4:00 pm, which will include food, hot beverages and entertainment!

Players should arrive at the check-in point NO LATER THAN 5:30 PM on Saturday December 14, 2024. Players should wear their AYSC jersey (over a coat or hoodie if needed), toques / gloves / etc. as needed, and regular runners. Coaches / team leaders are welcome to participate in the parade as well.

We will email all participants our position in the parade once it has been provided to us from the parade organizers.
