AYSC Fall 2025/2026 U11-U15 Div 1 & Div 2 Evaluations Concluded

AYSC Fall 2025/2026 U11-U15 evaluations have concluded, and we want to thank all players, families, coaches, and volunteers for their participation and support over the past two weeks. These sessions provided valuable insights that will help ensure players are placed in an environment that best supports their development and individual needs.

We are committed to continuously improving our long-term player development by enhancing collaboration across the club and always welcome feedback to help refine the process.

Throughout the evaluation process coaches had a meaningful opportunity to share their input during evaluations. Their observations and feedback have been taken into account in roster decisions. While coach input is important, the club ultimately has the responsibility to finalize rosters, ensuring consistency and fairness across all teams.

It’s important to note that:

  • Player Division and team placement may change from year to year.
  • Formal evaluations help ensure that player assessments are conducted thoroughly and fairly.
  • Placing players on a team that meets their development and individual needs helps to ensure the game remains fun for the long term.
  • Every season is a new opportunity to connect with other players within the club, and to establish new friendships.
  • We’re not just trying to build better athletes – we’re also trying to build better community members.

Players selected for Division 1 and Division 2 teams will receive an email after the final Spring 2025 session on Thursday, June 12. Division 3 teams will be formed after the July 25 U11 and up registration deadline.

Volunteers who are interested in coaching should complete AYSC’s volunteer form at https://www.aldergrovesoccer.com/volunteer/ ASAP, and submit a Criminal Record Check if needed (required every three years) so we can best match teams with the appropriate coaches.
