Your Aldergrove U14 Girls are Coastal Cup Champions!
In another nail-biting game for the team, keeper Cassie made 2 outstanding saves to keep it 0-0 right through two 10-minute frames of extra time. This led to a shoot-out for the win – a recurring theme in the team’s post-season games, with today being the fourth shoot out victory in this cup run starting with the girls’ qualifying game in November.
All the girls were amazing and deserved this win.
Thank you to everyone from Aldergrove that came out and cheered on the team! It truly felt like we were the home team with the amount of fans we had. Congrats to these ladies and to coach Kevin Burgham on the massive win!
