Coaches Meetings
All coaches are required to attend their age group coach meeting.
Information on the fall season including club contact details, team organization
requirements and available game and practice schedules will be provided at this
time. If for some reason you cannot make it please be sure to send a
designate.

2010/2011 Soccer - Fall Season Registration
Fall season registration is well underway, if you have not yet registered please
get your forms in to the registrar or register online. Space is still
available in a number of age groups and we can always make room in our
developmental program for players aged 5 to 9.

2010/11 registration packages were provided to team coaches and managers last
season and included tax receipts for the 2009 tax year.

When you eat at the Aldergrove Boston Pizza save your bill, give your
bill to your coach or hand it in @ the Chevron
Boston Pizza will Donate 5% of your bill to Aldergrove Youth Soccer Club.
This deal will carry on over to the Fall Season too, so when
you eat at BP over the summer when it’s just too hot to cook, save your
receipts.
2010/11 Registration Forms and 2009 Tax
Receipts
Packages have been provided to all coaches, these include your pre-printed
registration form for the 2010-11 season and your tax receipt for the 2009 tax
year. If you have not received yours please contact your coach or manager.
Field status reports have ended
Field status reports have ended for the fall season. If there are
weather events that cause closures to the spring soccer program they will be
posted here the Saturday before your game night, but will not be posted weekly.
Developmental Soccer
The Developmental program runs from September to March each year.
Games are Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings until the end of October at Brown Road Park
(51st Avenue and 240th Street) and Saturday mornings and one evening weekday
practice (not necessarily Wednesday) for the remainder of the season - early
March. Teams are assembled opening day at Brown Road. Emails will be sent
during the first week of September with details on opening weekend, or check
here at the web site.

General Meetings are held from 7:30-9:00 p.m.
at the Aldergrove Kinsmen Community Centre,

If you would like to have
something addressed within a meeting, please email your questions, concerns,
etc. to the club secretary at least 48 hours prior to a meeting and it will
be added to the agenda for review and discussion if required.
