Nathan Regier Scholarship Form

Coaching Application Form
All Coaches must fill out an application for each year.  In the event there is a dispute between several applicants, coaches will be evaluated and selected based on a combination of performance, parental feedback and player preferece.  Applications should be mailed to the Aldergrove Soccer PO box or faxed to the President.

Coach Evaluation Form
Parents are invited to submit coach evaluation forms to allow the club to better determine who is doing a good job for the players and who is in need of assistance.  Forms should be mailed to the aldergrove PO box and marked "coach evaluation" on the envelope.

Player Evaluation Form
During evaluations coaches should use this standard form for evaluating players.

Risk Management Form
Incidents occuring during games and practices should be recorded on the risk management form and submitted within 48 hours to the president.

AYSC Operating Manual and Constitution
The operating manual reviews how things should work on a season to season basis.  Included is information on the developmental leagues, boys and girls representation, guidelines for member behaviour on and off the field, and duties of executive and volunteers.

Nathan Regier Memorial Scholarship

The Nathan Regier Memorial Scholarship is awarded each year to individuals within The Aldergrove Soccer Club who exhibit a commitment to the game of soccer as well as community involvement and scholastic aptitude.  Please complete and print the attached form and submit to the club via mail or at a club executive meeting.
